Our Staff

I have the BLUE group on Tuesday and Thursday and GREEN group on Wednesday.

I have been a Kindy Teacher for more than 20 years and worked in this programme since it began in 2000,

helping to establish it for 3 year olds.

My parents are Dutch immigrants, but I was born here and can only speak a smattering of Dutch.  I am married with three children and love my pets, 1 dog and three cats.

I love laughing, joking, singing, reading, playing scrabble and having a glass of wine with friends.

I am passionate about the new EYLF program and believe that children learn and grow best in a safe, nurturing environment that offers lots of choices for play and is tailored to each child's needs.

I am analytical, organised and assertive, but loving and flexible.

Stephanie Squires
Educational Leader

Jenny Sheridan

I am the Assistant Educator for the Green group on a Wednesday.

I have been working in the childcare industry for over 15 years and have an Associate Diploma in Childcare.

I have worked at Day cares in Broome, Albany and was at Ngala in Perth for 5 years before I got married and

had my own family.  I have 2 children, a 5 year old daughter, and an 8 year old son.

While my children were little at home I became a registered carer through Centrelink which allowed me to care for friend’s children at my home as well as my own, which was lovely.

I love people and being social, and enjoy walking especially on the beach with our dog Muffin.  I like to read and going to the gym, and I love being organized and also love cleaning!

Working with children, watching them grow, learning  to express  themselves through play  and explore  in a nurturing supportive environment and being there to guide them , is why  I love , and will always be passionate about working with children and their families.

is a positive one.

I'm married with three energetic daughters aged 14, 12 and 8. I  now live in the Perth hills, after spending 18 years in the Pilbara. We have 6 chickens, 2 ducks and 1 dog.

I love to go camping, cooking and crocheting. My weekends are filled with my girls sport and dancing.

Vicky Ehlers
Centre Manager

I have been working as Centre Manager for the past nine years at Woodlupine Family Centre and love being

involved with the Playgroups and the 3 year old Kindy. I am happy to answer any queries from families

wanting to hire out the Playgroup room on weekends for birthday parties and other functions and take

bookings for the kindy too.

My three children are now grown and I live at home with my husband of many years. I love reading and socialising with family and friends. I have three grandchildren and enjoy spending time with them too.
